Treescape team-member Rodney Simchowitz talked to Carolyn Robinson about what it’s like being deaf in the workplace.
He also touched on what initiatives Treescape has made to create a happier and more inclusive workplace for those with hearing difficulties.
This includes our partnership with the National Foundation for the Deaf NZ and organising a sign language lesson for Rodney’s Kumeu depot teammates as part of Sign Language Week.
