Treescape is an Accredited Employer
Treescape is a Hearing Accredited Workplace
Treescape is now proud to be a Hearing Accredited Workplace, a certification achieved in partnership with the New Zealand Foundation for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing. This means that all staff who are deaf or hard of hearing are provided with additional support to enable them to do their job to the fullest capacity.
About the Programme
The Hearing Accredited Workplace Programme provides organisations with practical tools and training to help us become more inclusive of the 880,000+ New Zealanders who are Deaf or hard of hearing. The programme also teaches the employee and the team about hearing health in the workplace and how to care for hearing for life.
Treescape Australia and New Zealand is certified under:
- ISO 9001 (quality) – Certified
- ISO 14001 (environmental) – Certified
- ISO 45001:2018 – Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems
In New Zealand, we are also accredited by ACC Fleet Saver Programme – Gold
Each of these certificates are demonstrations of our commitment to excellence and come with a company-wide commitment to continuous improvement.
Treescape is audited each year by Telarc, an organisation who is formally recognised as an accredited Certification/Registration Body by JAS-ANZ (Joint Accreditation System – Australia and New Zealand) to certify quality and environmental management systems.
Being certified, qualified arborists under these standards requires significant commitment at all levels of the organisation, and although Treescape has been in the programme for only a few years, these business systems have provided the company with a vehicle in which to drive continuous change and improvement. The certifications also allow us to most effectively implement a culture of industry best practice, and allow for better communication and transparency in all we do.
