We are currently looking for enthusiastic trainee arborists to fill roles in general and utility training arboriculture in Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington, and Palmerston NorthIf you are interested in an exciting career in green asset management from planting and tree maintenance to utilities clearance, please apply today. What you need

  • Licence –  restricted or higher –  favourable
  • Double vaccination
  • Ability to pass a mandatory drug test

What we offer

  • Full time paid training in chipper, chainsaw, grounds person and basics to climbing
  • Enrolment into tertiary training for Level 3 Certificate in Arboriculture
  • Permanent full time position on completion of Training

The fine print

  • To be eligible for this position you must currently be living in NZ and have a legal right to work in this country (i.e. NZ Citizenship, be a permanent resident, or hold full working rights)
  • Due to COVID-19 restrictions, overseas applications for this position will not be considered.
  • Candidates will be required to undergo drug and alcohol testing, a medical exam, and Ministry of Justice checks as part of the recruitment process (at Treescape’s cost).
  • All new hires are required to provide proof of vaccination.
